How would you describe your photography style?

I’d describe my style as warm, sun-drenched storytelling that captures connection in its most natural form. My goal is to make you actually enjoy your shoot… even the hard nuts to crack (yes, I’m looking at you guys).
But honestly, I’ll guide you the whole way — telling you exactly what to do — and it’s just you and your people there, so there’s really nothing to stress about.

How many photos will we receive, and how are they delivered?

Accepted Answer

Most of my packages include 15 images, which you’ll choose from a fully edited online gallery.
If you fall in love with more (which happens a lot!), you’re always welcome to upgrade after you receive your gallery.

Question 3

What’s your turnaround time for our gallery?

Accepted Answer

I usually send sneak peeks within a week (normally via Instagram if that’s where we’ve been chatting).
Full galleries are delivered within 6 weeks max.

For weddings, turnaround time is up to 12 weeks.

Question 4

Do you help with posing?

Accepted Answer

Ohhhh, absolutely!
I can be a little picky with lighting, so I’m always guiding you. I like to mix gentle posing with prompts and movement — especially the fun prompts when there are kiddos involved.

Can we create a shot list or must-have photo list?

Accepted Answer

YASSS — I love this!
I’m always keen to hear the vibe or look you’re going for, and I’ll keep it in mind while shooting. But if you’re happy to just go with the flow and trust the process, that works perfectly too.

What happens if it rains or plans change?

Look… I do love rain — just not when I’m working
I usually check the weather about a week before your session and will give you a heads-up if it’s looking a bit iffy. From there, I’ll chat through options with you. Most of the time, I’m happy to make a last-minute call — because honestly, who can fully trust the weather man these days?

Do you work with a second photographer?

Only for weddings, and totally up to you if you’d like one!

Question 8

How do we secure our date and what’s the payment process?

Accepted Answer

To lock in your date, I require a 20% deposit, with the remaining balance due before your shoot.
If you’d prefer to pay it off in smaller amounts along the way, that’s completely fine — I’m pretty flexible as long as it’s finalised before your session.

Question 9

Do you travel, and are there extra fees?

Yes, I do!
Travel is charged at 88c/km for locations outside of the Joondalup area. I’m always happy to provide a quote before you book so there are no surprises.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Accepted Answer

I sure do! They’re especially popular around Mother’s Day and Christmas.
Just let me know the amount you’d like, and I’ll create a beautiful certificate and send it straight to your email.
