PLease read the following terms & conditions carefully before proceeding with your booking. by placing an order, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Purpose
This agreement authorises summer & co Photography to photograph children at the nominated daycare centre during scheduled photography sessions.
2. photography session
the photographer will photograph children within the daycare environment.
parents/guardians acknowldge:

they will not be present during session

the photographer is not responsible for supervising or caring for children

care, supervision, and safety remain solely with the daycare centre.

cooperation of children is not guaranteed.
3. Payment
payment is required in accordance with instructions provided by the photographer.
products and images may be withheld until full payment is received.
all sales are final unless required by australian consumer law.
4. Copyright
all images remain the copyright of summer & co photography.
purchased images are licensed for personal, non-comercial use only.
images may not be:

resold
-
used comercially
-
edited to misrepresent the photographers work
5. consent to photograph child
the parent/guardian confirms they are legally authorised to consent to photography of the child at the daycare centre.
6. Marketing permission (optional)
marketing permission is collected during checkout.
marketing may include:

-
social media
-
printed promotional materials
7. privacy & image handling
all photographing, editing, and delivery is performed solely by jess of Summer & co photography.
no third party photographers or editors will be used.
secure third party platforms may be used for

online galliers
-
image storage
-
printing & delivery
8. liability
reasonable care is taken at all times.
the photographer is not liable for events outside reasonable control including technical failure, illness, or daycare disruptions.
9. cancellation, illness & rescheduling
if a child is unwell and unable to attend:

if another date is available, a reschedule will be offered.

if no alternative date is available, a refund (if prepaid session fees apply) will be issued.
rescheduling may also occur due to daycare or operational requirements.
10. agreement
by placing an order through this website, the parent/guardian acknowledges they have read and agree to these terms & conditions.
